Failure is something we all experience but how we handle it is the important thing, which we discuss in this elearning course, Accepting Failure. In this course we will explore failure and some of the natural reactions we have to it. We will also look at how to use failure as a growth opportunity by taking acceptance and ownership of the failure and moving forward with a positive focus. Finally, we will talk about how to address failure with your manager and demonstrate that you have learned from the mistake and have a plan to move forward.
