Designed to bring the challenges of talent acquisition and employee retention to life, Reinventing Michael Banks empowers recruiters, HR professionals, and supervisors to understand and practice personality awareness and situational decision-making strategies for successful hiring and new employee management. Learners make decisions as a prospective employee (a transitioning Veteran), and a recruiter, HR professional, and mid-level manager. As each character, users make choices that alter the movie’s storyline, leading to an in depth exploration of different consequences and outcomes.
