This audio-only course is led by Dr. Cortland Dahl, a research scientist, meditation teacher, and Chief Contemplative Officer at HMI who spent eight years translating Tibetan Buddhist texts before getting his Ph.D. in neuroscience. In this course, you’ll practice bringing a sense of awareness to your breath and physical sensations. You’ll also learn to notice your environment and how it impacts your thoughts and feelings.
