Ethical Environment

Ethics is a set of standards used to judge right and wrong. In the workplace, it can refer to fair competition, acting honestly when competing against other companies or individuals in the same field (within certain boundaries), treating coworkers with respect and fairness as well as showing gratitude for their work ethic that contributes towards success at your company. Every day managers will need make ethical decisions that will affect their employees’ morale, motivation levels, job satisfaction rates at work place etcetera… apart from benefiting themselves too by being able to create a healthy working environment where people are happy about coming into office every morning without worrying about how they’re going be treated on any given day.
