Estimating Time Durations

There are various types of estimating techniques that you can use, depending on the stages of, and information you have, for a given project.
There are various ways to estimate. Some people use a Gantt chart that is broken down into small, discreet milestones and tasks, which allows you to see the completion date of your project at any given point in time. Others might use an estimation card where they put all their estimates onto one piece of paper so that it’s easy for them keep track and update as needed with each new iteration or information inputted about the estimated timeline.
