The Equity in the Workplace: 01. Equality vs. Equity course offers insight into the difference between equality and equity when it comes to workplace culture. Diversity and inclusion have become common terms in the modern workplace, but it takes more than acknowledging diversity to support all people at work, including people with disabilities, people of color, women and people who identify as LGBTQ+ or nonbinary.

In this course, part of our Equity in the Workplace series, we will clarify the meanings of equality and equity, note the distinction, and offer important insight as to how you can build an equitable working environment for all of your employees.
