Emotional Intelligence: 06. Developing Effective Relationships is an elearning course that explores the ability to successfully interact with others in order to be more productive in the workplace. In this course, we discuss the importance of accepting each other’s differences, of recognizing that differences can be a strength, and of treating others the way they wish to be treated. We’ll also show you how to analyze your work relationships to determine whether or not they are effective.
