Eliminating Discrimination and Harassment in the Workplace (Connecticut)

Eliminating Discrimination and Harassment in the Workplace (CT) is a foundational course targeted to employees in Connecticut building a respectful workplace. This course includes three sections:

Section 1 – Eliminating Discrimination and Harassment in the Workplace
Contributing to a respectful workplace, self-awareness, what to do if you’re a target or witness of discrimination or harassment, and how to respond if you engage in or are accused of such behavior.

Section 2 – Fostering Civility in the Workplace
Understanding and identifying civility and incivility, responding to incivility, and what you can do to help foster civility in the workplace.

Section 3 – Diversity and Inclusion in the Workplace
Understanding diversity and inclusion and its impact, improving your cultural competency, and what you can do to help foster inclusion in the workplace.
