This course, Driving Safety: Alcohol Abuse – 02. Rules and Regulations, is a primer on the Department of Transportation (DOT) enforced rules and regulations that apply to alcohol misuse by industry employees. The regulations apply to any employees who operate a company vehicle, including drivers, pilots and railroad conductors. The course presents an overview of the rules that must be included in employee training, as well as information on setting up a drug and alcohol testing program in your facility.
