Diwali

Many people know Diwali to be a holiday celebrated with bright lights, fireworks, and festive clothing. But what does it actually signify? Learning about and celebrating different holidays is a way to foster inclusion, empathy, and allyship in both your work environment and community. In this course, you’ll learn the significance of Diwali within Hinduism and across other cultures and religions. You’ll also learn who celebrates Diwali, where, and what origin stories it holds. By the end of this course, you’ll be able to identify ways to participate in the celebration.
