Diversity in the Workplace (US)

This course discusses how organizations benefit from having a diverse workforce, and provides specific information on the legal consequences of discriminatory practices in the workplace. To begin, you’ll learn what constitutes illegal discrimination and harassment, and review the specific types of conduct that must be avoided in the workplace. you’ll also gain tips on how to resolve interpersonal conflict, as well as how to ensure fair and equitable treatment of all employees. This course comes with audio, learning activities, and quizzes for an engaging learning experience. Downloadable tools including evaluation sheets, checklists, and performance plans can be printed out or saved to your computer. you’ll receive a Certificate of Completion upon completing a final test at the end of the module.
