Diversity and Inclusion in the Workplace (US)

Part of being a successful company or employer today is creating an environment that recognizes and includes the contributions of a diverse and dynamic workforce. This course explains how culture influences values, assumptions, thought processes, and work relationships. Topics in this course include: Definition, Importance, Change, Laws, and Stereotypes. After completing this course, learners will be able to identify how to create an environment that nurtures strong working relationships with people from different backgrounds.
