The context of constant change, global access, information overload, and the rapid evolution of new technologies have produced changes in the way new generations act, work, and live. The objective of this course is to analyse the behaviour of digital natives in order to understand how they learn, manage, collaborate, and communicate, with the aim of finding a way to work serenely and effectively in a cross-generational organisational context.
