Difficult Conversations: Discussing Technology Usage in Meetings

This course covers how to deal with unexpected interruptions (phone calls, text messages, emails, etc.) during group meetings. You will be encouraged to understand the situation fully before jumping to conclusions, and also to handle interruptions in a professional, non-confrontational way.
