Delivering Your Speech

The speech is delivered in front of the audience. The speaker should start with a brief introduction, so that he or she can get to know their listeners and have the listener feel comfortable before diving into what they are about to talk about. This introduces them as one person among many and creates an environment for all those present that does not exclude anyone who has come there through different circumstances or interests but will allow everyone else on stage space for sharing personal experience related to whatever topic has been chosen by each individual speaker/speaker group member.
