Delaware Harassment and Discrimination: Scenarios

The Delaware Harassment and Discrimination: Scenarios course presents examples of workplace harassment and discrimination to help you better understand the Delaware and federal laws that prohibit it. In this course, we will present a variety of scenarios that could be considered harassment or discrimination and explain why these actions are correct or incorrect when it comes to the law. This course also aims to provide insight to help you better understand your role should you witness or experience harassment or discrimination in the workplace.
