For decades, experts have researched and analyzed how successful decisions are made. In our Decision Making Basics: 06. Decision Making Models elearning course, we will explore two of those models to help you make more effective decisions.

In this course, we will explain two methods: the TDODAR Decision-Model for quick decisions and the Kepner-Tregoe Matrix, which is useful for making decisions that require deep analysis. We will explain how these models work, when to use them and how each model can help you move toward an effective resolution.
