Dealing with Diversity Complaints as a Person

One of the common complaints that an individual might have about their company is diversity. Diversity encompasses a range of topics, but it usually revolves around people in general and race relations when working at a certain place. One example would be an employee who feels as though they are being discriminated against because they happen to be Black or Hispanic while another person may feel as if this discrimination is not happening with other employees due to their gender orientation or religion.
