Dealing with Difficult People

Disruptions are the biggest challenge that a group can face. Disruptions come in all shapes and sizes, but they typically present themselves as behaviors from others within the group which prevent them from reaching their goals of building relationships or achieving consensus on some issue.
Disruption is any behavior by one person that disrupts another’s ability to reach a goal for both good rapport among members and also produces an outcome where none was possible such as power struggles, poor focus on tasks at hand, indecisiveness etcetera.
Also, you must know that there are several types of difficult and tough people, so at least in this course you will learn about the most common characteristics of difficult people.
