This ‘Dealing with Conflict’ micro-learning course has been designed to improve your conflict resolution skills.
Conflict is never pleasant. Although we can’t shy away from that, we can use strategies to make it more manageable. In this course, we’ll focus on ways you can deal with conflict constructively, through communication and personal connection.
Once this course is completed, you will be confident in dealing with conflict and be able to identify and utilise strategies to help resolve and manage issues that may arise.
