Customers and Communication: Getting to Know Your Customers

In healthcare our customers are the patients that come to our facility for treatment. They may be inpatient, patients in our emergency department or at any of our outpatient areas.  Your relationship with the patient is very important to their overall experience. This is your opportunity to connect with the patient to gain trust and loyalty, so they continue to use your facility for their healthcare needs.
