This Customer Service Feedback: 02. Surveys course goes over the different types of surveys you can use to gather customer feedback and track customer satisfaction and loyalty. In this course, we’ll begin by reviewing why your organization should conduct a customer survey. From there, we’ll review the different online survey tools and how to develop effective surveys using proven methodologies like asking the right questions and implementing the Likert scale and net promoter score. We will also provide helpful tips on how to organize, interpret and act on the data you collect.
