Our Customer Focus: Representing Your Brand course reviews the steps you can take to represent the brand you work for. In this course, we’ll review how to present yourself in order to best represent the company you work for. We’ll review how your appearance affects brand image and how to drive a company vehicle to present a positive image. We’ll also go over appropriate language and why a positive attitude is so important when you’re on the job.
