This training course will teach you to identify bad habits from an excess of work and replace these habits with effective ones. We will show you the six bad time habits and use the model of “time imps” to embody all of the bad habits that come from an excess of work. Then, you will view an example of a response adapted to replace each of these habits with an effective habit. Finally, practice the adoption of these new, effective habits by means of interactions with other people caught up with time imps.
