Culinary: Advanced – Beef Stew

This course demonstrates the basic steps of creating a beef stew from searing the beef, adding the seasoning and aromatics, adding liquid and additional vegetables and simmering, checking for tenderness, adjusting seasonings, thickening the liquid, and suggested plating.
