Cross Cultural Training

In this five-part course, we will define culture in a broad sense and then identify what culture means to you. We will delineate the major differences in cultures and examine how they affect global communications. We will also focus on workplace culture and its significance. Cumulatively, the topics covered in this course are important to understanding how to communicate effectively in the workplace.
