A big part of crisis management is planning for the worst, and in this elearning course, Planning, we will review how you can prepare a plan to protect your employees. In the course we will discuss the three main categories of hazards - natural, man-made and technological - and review how having a plan will reduce risk, minimize damage and save lives. The course will stress the necessity of every business having an Emergency Response Plan, a Crisis Communication Plan and an IT Disaster Recovery Plan. We’ll review the purpose of each, cover who on the team should be involved, and provide strategies for creating your own.
