In our Generate and Evaluate course we highlight three simple tools for evaluating your creative ideas so you can confidently decide whether to pursue them. We cover pass-fail evaluation, evaluation matrices, and SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) analysis, and how you can apply these methods when assessing your own ideas.
