Creating ERG Mission and Vision Statements

We all know the importance of a company developing mission and vision statements - but these are important for ERGs too. They can help ERGs have a clear focus and set goals that accurately represent their desires. In this course aimed at ERG leaders, you’ll learn some benefits of having a mission and vision statement for your ERG. You’ll also be introduced to a process to develop these two statements to achieve their benefits. By the end of this course, you should be able to confidently craft mission and vision statements that guide the goals and efforts of your ERG.
