Creating an Engaging Program

A program needs to be engaging. You need to make sure employees want what you have for them and the company in general. The onboarding process is designed specifically with this idea in mind: Engagement is key because these new hires will likely be working closely with one another and clients on a daily basis, so it’s important that they start off well-received by their colleagues.
To engage a team, you can use different ways of making people feel welcome – things like ceremonies or activities meant as fun exercises rather than just checking items off lists are all effective methods of doing so.
