Creating Alignment with Others

The common thread of working in today‚It’s world ‚- regardless of industry or position ‚- is the need to work with others. Whether we work in person or virtually, we still work with other people in one way or another every day. In order to be successful members of teams or functioning members of today‚It’s society, we need to collaborate and be in sync. In other words, so much of our success depends on our ability to find Alignment with others. When teams are well aligned, the work of each individual is well-coordinated with the work of others. There is less resistance between members and things run smoother. This leads to the scientific phenomenon called flow, even complicated tasks seem effortless for a team.
