Coping with Overwhelm

We all get overwhelmed sometimes. But how you handle the feelings that come up when you have an intense workload can significantly impact your mental wellbeing. This audio-only course is led by Stephanie Wagner (NBC-HWC), a board-certified health and wellness coach with a passion for mindfulness and meditation. In this course, you’ll follow a guided meditation to develop awareness of your feelings of overwhelm. You’ll then learn skills to develop a healthier relationship with these feelings so they don’t control or limit you. After this course, you’ll have a new coping strategy for managing emotions during overwhelming situations.
