Coping With Change

Change happens all the time. We tend to only notice large changes, but it’s equally important to notice and accept the small, everyday changes we encounter. This audio-only course is led by Dr. Daniela Labra Cardero, a founding partner and General Director of AtentaMente, a nonprofit that equips educators and students with mental and social-emotional training techniques. In this course, you’ll practice noticing the changes that take place every day in your life. You’ll work on the skills that can help you respond better to changes when they happen. And finally, you’ll learn the role daily mindfulness plays in developing better insight into yourself and the world around you. After this course, you’ll have a new perspective on change - and you’ll notice it all around you.
