It is often said that anxiety responds to situations, and the more we understand what triggers our feelings of fear, uncertainty or doubt (FUD), the better we are able to control these emotions. One way in particular can be by breaking down fears into manageable pieces via cognitive behavioral therapy. This includes conducting thought experiments which help break down how irrational it would be if an event were to happen such as driving on a dark road without headlights with every exit off-limits for miles – this thought experiment illustrates just how far-fetched many FUDs seem when looked at logically; in some cases you may even find yourself laughing out loud!.
