Consumer Banking: Risk Management

Consumer banks are exposed to many risks, from traditional banking risks such as credit and interest rate risk to more contemporary risks such as cyber and conduct risk. To mitigate the impact on financial performance, banks must have systems in place that identify, assess/measure, manage, and monitor all risks to which they are exposed.

This course provides a high-level overview of risk and risk management for consumer banking operations.
