This Consultation course highlights the benefits of consultation, and the role of a well-structured committee in approaching health and safety issues at work.Once the course is completed, you will have learnt the benefits of consultation in the workplace, the benefits of committees, the ideal make up of a safety committee and how to be an effective committee member. This course is one part of a 36 part Induction Series aimed at blue-collar workers.
