Conflicts of Interest: I Know We Can Trust Them

This microlearning module focuses on what conflicts can arise when friends, family, or other contacts apply for jobs or contracts, and also what employees can do to ensure a fair and unbiased process. This title provides learners with the tools needed to recognize and avoid conflicts of interest that can arise in the process of hiring. Learners will see a common scenario involving contractors, then are asked to make decisions based on available criteria.
