Conflict Resolution Styles with TKI

We have designed a process that can be used in three phases, the first of which is to gather information about an individual or group. The second phase investigates what interpersonal dynamics exist and how they might contribute to the problem; this investigation helps us determine whether there are any underlying assumptions we need to verify. The third phase serves as a decision-making stage where solutions not only reflect our understanding of the situation but also take into account values, principles and feedback from those involved in order for them to find meaning within it.
