In the Conducting the Negotiation Process training series, you will learn to negotiate daily in a win/win relationship. In Level 3 of this training series, you will view the three steps of the negotiation process which are consultation, confrontation, and implementation. Then, you will go through an example. Finally, you will train yourself to negotiate to reach a mutually satisfactory conclusion through different situations. In this level, the situation is more difficult: your middleman refuses to make any compromise.
