In the Conducting the Negotiation Process training series, you will learn to negotiate daily in a win/win relationship. In Level 2 of this training series, you will view the three steps of the negotiation process which are consultation, confrontation, and implementation. Then, you will go through an example. Finally, you will train yourself to negotiate to reach a mutually satisfactory conclusion. In this level, you do not have all the cards in hand to satisfy the requests.
