Communicating with Body Language

Unspoken communication is part of our daily lives and it can affect everything we do. Unspoken communications are often said to be difficult to decode or even impossible but if you know where to look you’ll find them in your social media posts, texts, emails and the way people give each other looks at a party that send nothing but messages through their eyes. Unspoken communications involve body language and how we carry ourselves when communicating. It also involves non-verbal behaviors such as eye contact and facial expression which help us connect on an emotional level too!
