Communicable Disease Awareness Training

This Communicable Diseases training program is designed to assist employers and employees with a thorough understanding of the best practices and procedures in the event of an outbreak, epidemic or pandemic of an infectious disease. The course provides an understanding of 12 infectious diseases including; Malaria, Ebola, Hepatitis, COVID-19, Tuberculosis, Monkey Pox, Rotavirus, STD’s, HIV Aids, MRSA, Botulism, and influenza.

Aim: It aims to improve general health practices in order to prevent, or reduce the impact of, such outbreaks, identify potential cases, and follow procedures in the event of a suspected case to protect themselves, colleagues and the travelling public.
