Commercial Kitchen Cleaning: Cleaning Work Surfaces

This course discusses the previous standard of using red and green buckets with quats to clean and sanitize work surfaces and then demonstrates a more efficient and accurate way by using spray on cleaners and no-rinse sanitizers.
