Color Theory

In graphic design, the subject of color theory is of fundamental importance. This course acts as a primer, helping you become familiar with color rules and considerations for your design projects. We start at the beginning with a discussion about the traditional color wheel and an exploration of color when working within Adobe Illustrator. You’ll learn how colors relate to each other while creating a feel for color. For your practical work going forward, you will learn how to consider color for print jobs and for web-related work. You will also learn how to create a color palette for each project you undertake.
