Collaborative writing is a process that involves collaboration among team members. The goal of the collaborative writing process is to build trust, promote better understanding and unity in order to come up with one final piece. One way this can be done is by assigning certain duties or roles for each member so they are responsible for specific parts of the paper like editing, research etc., while still working together towards the group goal.
