Collaboration in Workplace

Collaboration is the process of working with others. It can include many people or one person, but typically it refers to teamwork involving at least two individuals who share a goal and work together in order to achieve that goal. Collaborating often happens when more than one task needs to be done. Collaboration leads to improved problem-solving and increased productivity and promotes interconnected team members who share expertise and learn from one another.
