Code of Conduct for Manufacturing/Industrial (Australia)

Whether you are an employee or a subcontractor, when you carry out work for an organisation you are regarded as an employee of that organisation and as such, under the WHS / OHS Act, there are mutual obligations. This Code of Conduct course will provide your workers with a heightened awareness of the mutual obligations from a safety perspective for both the employer and employee (otherwise known as Duty of Care).Once the course is completed, you will have learnt which behaviours are not tolerated in the workplace, and the importance for all employees, subcontractors and visitors being treated with dignity, courtesy and respect. This course is one part of a 36 part Induction Series aimed at blue-collar workers.
