Coaching Skills for Managers: Coaching with the GROW Model

In coaching, the GROW model represents the logical process of first setting a Goal, then assessing one’s current Reality, followed by considering the Options for achieving the goal, and finally, taking action on a Way forward. Like any journey or undertaking, you begin with the end in mind. This course will use the GROW model to help clarify the goal so that there is a clear picture of what meeting the goal looks like.
