Our Coaching Skills The Captain course reviews the four steps involved in successfully coaching your high-performing workers into role models for your team. You’ll learn the value of independent workers known as Captains, and gain helpful tips on how to coach them to reach their full potential. We’ll cover what Captains need and don’t need to do their job properly, how to give them independence without micromanaging them and how to continue their growth.
