Our Coaching Skills The Contributor course focuses on those employees who have begun to work productively on your team, but who still need your support. We’ll discuss ways to adapt your coaching conversation to these team members. You’ll learn how to successfully adapt your coaching style for the contributing member so they can confidently work towards becoming a key player on your team.
